We want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • All tags must be attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or washing

  • Customized or special-order items

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes (subject to availability)

  • Defective or damaged items

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
